If somebody is reporting getting a busy signal when trying to send a fax to your Gardiant fax number, please keep in mind that our fax numbers are incapable of producing busy signals, and will always answer all calls that come to them.
The issue is most likely either because the sender is incorrectly dialing your fax number, or the sender cannot place a call out for some reason (e.g. internal busy). In either case, the sender will need to correct the issue on their end.
Note: In some cases, a fax machine will present a default error of Busy when it calls a fax number instead of detailing the actual error cause, but it really has a communication error of a different kind.
