Automatic Fax Confirmation

Faxes that are successfully sent from a case in Gardiant will automatically get the confirmation page attached to the correspondence item so you don't have to manually download and attach the confirmation page.

It is very important for the Log Correspondence box to be checked at the time the fax is sent in order for this confirmation to be automatically attached once the fax is sent successfully.

If the correspondence is not logged, you can still check the status of the fax on the Fax > Sent tab.

When you want to check the fax status, you can either refresh the Correspondence tab or check the Fax > Sent tab if you are the person who sent the fax.

As you are refreshing the Correspondence tab, you see when a fax has a Confirmation (when it's sent successfully) or if it Failed:

You will still receive email notifications with information about the faxes that failed to send.

Each fax number has its own error message or confirmation page so you know which fax to attempt sending again.

The fax confirmation on the Correspondence tab is not showing in the Documents library on a claim.
