First, ensure all windows with Word documents are closed.
To add Gardiant as a trusted site, go through the computer Menu > Control Panel or search "Control Panel" in the Type here to search field:
Select the Network and Internet option:
Select Internet Options and a pop up window will open:
Go to the Security tab, select Trusted Sites, and then click on the Sites button:
On the new window, in the Add this website to the zone: field, type https://*.gardiant.com (you can copy/paste it from here), and click Add:
