Run the Overdue Items report if you want to view overdue To-Dos and Appointments by Lead VRC/Claims Consultant and by Assignee to get a quick view of potential gaps in coverage and see who might need extra help; get an overview of how timely scheduled activities are being completed across the firm and the detail behind the summary numbers to investigate specific questions that may arise from reviewing the summary.
This book style report has two tabs: Overdue Items Summary and Overdue Items Detail.
The Overdue Items Summary shows To-Dos or Appointments (depending on Task Types selected) which are not completed and whose due date is prior to today. Results include the number of overdue items, average days overdue, and most overdue item for each individual having any overdue items.
The Overdue Items Detail view shows what type each overdue item is, its title and due date, who is involved, and the relevant account and claim.
The Summary by Lead VRC/Claims Consultant shows all overdue items for that Lead’s cases/claims, regardless of who created them or was assigned to them. The summary by Assignee shows only items assigned to that person.
Export to Excel to see the summary and detail reports in separate workbook tabs and use filtering to view the details you are interested in.
