received date (1);
contact information: the Claim Manager (2);
related claims (3) - other claims for the same worker in Gardiant matched by State Claim#, Client Claim#, or SSN, including dual/split claims as well as claims with closed-out referrals;
related referrals (4);
Note: Any referral listed in the color blue is a link to that case in Gardiant Works.
