If you have a new device or you lost your two-factor device, please follow the steps that match your situation to recover your account.
- If you are already logged in to Gardiant Works on your computer -
1) Inside Gardiant Works, use the gear icon at the top right and select Two-factor auth settings:
2) Click Disable 2FA:
3) Clear your browser's cookies. Follow the instructions from Clearing Cached Images Knowledge Base article, but check the box for Cookies and other site data.
4) If you want to register a new device, follow the instructions on the Two-Factor Authentication Enrollment Knowledge Base article.
- If you are not logged in but have your two-factor authentication recovery code -
1) Enter your username and password at https://app.gardiant.com
2) When prompted for your two-factor code, select Use the recovery code:
3) Enter and submit your recovery code when prompted:
4) Note your new recovery code, check the box to indicate you have safely recorded, then click the arrow to continue:
5) Inside Gardiant Works, use the gear icon at the top right and select Two-factor auth settings:
6) Click Disable 2FA:
7) Clear your browser's cookies. Follow the instructions from Clearing Cached Images Knowledge Base article, but check the box for Cookies and other site data.
8) If you want to register a new device, follow the instructions on the Two-Factor Authentication Enrollment Knowledge Base article.
- If you are not logged in and you have lost your two-factor authentication recovery code -
1) Ask someone with admin permissions to disable your two-factor authentication
2) Clear your browser's cookies. Follow the instructions from Clearing Cached Images Knowledge Base article, but check the box for Cookies and other site data.
3) If you want to register a new device, follow the instructions on the Two-Factor Authentication Enrollment Knowledge Base article.
- If you are not logged in and you have lost your two-factor authentication recovery code, and you don't have an admin who can assist you -
