Here are step-by-step instructions for disabling Chrome extensions:
Method 1: Using the Extensions Menu (Quickest)
Open Google Chrome
Click the puzzle piece icon in the top-right corner of the browser (next to your profile picture)
Find the extension you want to disable
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the extension name
Select Manage extension
Toggle the switch to Off (it will turn from blue to gray)
Method 2: Through Chrome Settings
Open Google Chrome
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner
Hover over Extensions
Click Manage Extensions
Or type
chrome://extensionsin the address bar and press Enter
Find the extension you want to disable

If you can't find the puzzle piece icon, it may be hidden. Click the three-dot menu > Extensions > Manage Extensions
