🛠️ Fixing the “Oops! Something Went Wrong” Error in Send to Claim

🧩 Overview

If you encounter the following error message while using Send to Claim, it’s likely due to your browser blocking third-party cookies, which are needed for login and session management:

Oops! Something went wrong You may have pressed the back button, refreshed during login, opened too many login dialogs, or there is some issue with cookies, since we couldn't find your session. Try logging in again from the application and if the problem persists please contact the administrator.

Allowing third-party cookies in your browser should resolve this issue.


⚙️ How to Fix It

Follow the instructions below for your browser:


🧭 Google Chrome

Step 1: Open Chrome Settings

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right hand corner of your Chrome browser.

  2. Select Settings:

Step 2: Go to Privacy and Security

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Privacy and security.

  2. Select Third-party cookies:

Step 3: Allow All Cookies

  1. Select Allow third-party cookies:

Step 4: Restart Chrome

  1. Close all Chrome windows.

  2. Reopen Chrome and log in again to Send to Claim.


🪟 Microsoft Edge

Step 1: Open Edge Settings

  1. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right hand corner of your Edge browser.

  2. Select Settings from the menu:

Step 2: Open Cookies and Site Permissions

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Privacy, search, and services.

  2. Select Cookies:

Step 3: Allow Third-Party Cookies

  1. Make sure Block third-party cookies is turned OFF.

    • The toggle should appear gray (off), not blue (on):

Step 4: Restart Edge

  1. Close all Edge windows.

  2. Reopen Edge and log in again to Send to Claim.
