Keep your mileage rates up to date to ensure accurate reimbursements and compliance. Here’s a step-by-step guide to updating rates in your system.
Step 1: From your Dashboard, navigate to the Admin tab.
Step 2: Choose a rate from the Rate Schedules sub-tab on the left. For this example, I am choosing Assessment.
Step 3: Click the Edit button on the upper right side to start making changes.
Step 4: Here you will see two choices. For this update, you will use "These rates are outdated". When you hover over that choice, you can see a helpful note: "These rates were correct. but now I need to adjust them." Click: "These rates are outdated".
Step 5: The system will require an Effective Date. For example, 01/01/2026.
Step 6: For this example, I am modifying the field by adding 73 or you can add a three digit 725.
Step 7: Continue editing any other necessary rates. Make sure all values reflect the latest amounts.
Step 8: Review each category and ensure every rate is accurate.
Step 10: Click Save to apply your changes.
Step 11: A Confirmation pop up will appear, letting you know if there are any un-invoiced case notes affected or if there are no existing case notes with changes in the rate amount. Click Confirm.
Step 12: Close the tab.
Step 13: Refresh the page to see your updated rates reflected.
Your mileage rates are now updated and visible across the system.
