The invoice logo is applied full width at the top of all case invoices.
Gardiant Works' invoice generation process will not distort the logo, but it will resize it if needed to make sure it does not exceed 6.5 inches in width or 1.25 inches in height. This resizing can cause pixilation so it is best to create the invoice logo as 6.5” x 1.25” (at 96 dpi) to optimize how it appears on invoices.
A good invoice logo will:
Include your firm’s branding,
Incorporate the contact information the responsible party should use if they have questions about an invoice,
Be pre-sized to 624 pixels wide by 120 pixels tall.
