When the Chrome browser is open, hit CTRL+SHIFT+DEL or click on the ellipsis at the top, right-hand corner of the browser to start the process of clearing the cached images.
If using the ellipsis, from the drop-down menu, select Clear browsing data... (Ctrl+Shift+Del):
In the pop up window, make sure the time range is set to All time (1) and there is a check on Cached images and files (2). Click Clear data (3):
đ« CAUTION
Please do not select "Cookies and other site data" when clearing your browser cached images and files.
Doing so may permanently erase these saved Gardiant settings, among others:
Draft case notes, To-Dos, Appointments.
Draft correspondence.
Column preferences.
Filters.
PDF zoom settings.
We recommend noting down your custom preferences beforehand.
Once these steps are completed, use Ctrl+R on the Gardiant browser tab that you have open, and access Gardiant Works again.
